Set Availability at Employee Level

  1. Click on “Amelia” in the left side menu.

 

 

  1. Click on “Employees”.

 

 

  1. The employee page of Amelia Plug in will open. Click on “Employee Name” for whom the availability has to be set.

 

 

  1. The window to set the Details, Assigned Services, Work Hours of each day, Days Off and Special Days pops up.

 

 

  1. Select the “Work Hours” tab.

 

 

  1. To change the start and end time, click on the “Pen Icon” next to the timing.

 

 

  1. Set the start and end time of the day and click on “Save”.

 

 

  1. To set the same time for all days of the week, click “Apply to all days”.

 

 

  1. To make any day as closed, click on the “-“icon next to the day.

 

 

  1. To set holidays, Click on “Days Off”.

 

 

  1. Click on “Add Day Off”.

 

 

  1. Enter the day off name and date. Select the “Repeat Yearly” check box if applicable.
  2. Click on “Add Day Off” button.

 

 

  1. To set timing for a day that differs from the usual timing, Click “Special Days”

 

 

  1. Click on “add Special Day”, Enter the date and Work hours of the special day.

 

 

  1. Click “Save Special Day” button.

 

 

  1. Click on “Save”, after setting the work hours and day off and special days.
